Cancellation:

Our client care programme allows you with a time of 10 days to consider your decision to switching to Met-Talk Telecom services. If you have decided not to continue with our services you can inform us by sending a cancelation letter, fax, call or e-mail to our customer service department.

When you cancel your service, we intend to direct you of the time lapse between us receiving your cancellation request and the time at which the service will be withdrawn.

Faults and repairs:

You can call our Fault Service Team if you acknowledge any fault with any of our services. We aim to have it examined and repaired with immediate effect.

Our BT Open-reach Engineers will repair any and every other kind of faults in just no time without creating any nuisance and trouble to you.

Billing and Pricing System
